We have broad experience working at all levels of the court system and monitoring criminal investigations concerning crimes against the Brazilian financial system, against the tax system (tax evasion), against the economic order (cartels), environmental crimes and crimes against the government
Criminal Law
We represent individuals, whether as defense counsel or as assistants to the prosecution, defending the interests of those who are victims of crimes. We have broad experience monitoring police investigations, criminal investigation proceedings, criminal lawsuits and parliamentary investigation commissions, representing our clients at all stages of criminal proceedings.
Consulting and criminal compliance
We provide legal consulting in the white-collar criminal law area to develop and implement compliance policies, assisting in decision-making and reducing risks. We also advise foreign companies regarding Brazilian criminal law.
